Dumpto Terms of Service

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Dumpto provides roll-off dumpster rentals for residential, commercial, and construction projects.

• Rental periods, delivery dates, and pickup schedules are agreed upon at booking.
• Customers are responsible for providing a safe, accessible placement location.
• Overloaded or overweight containers may result in additional fees.
• Hazardous, flammable, toxic, or prohibited materials may not be placed in dumpsters.

All prices shown are tax-inclusive and in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required to confirm a booking. We accept payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit cards and other approved methods.

• Cancellations made before delivery are eligible for a refund, minus any processing fees.
• Once a dumpster has been delivered, the rental fee is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

You agree to:

• Use the dumpster only for approved waste materials.
• Keep the container accessible for pickup and not block it with vehicles or debris.
• Not exceed the fill line or maximum weight limit.
• Provide accurate delivery and contact information.

The following items are not permitted in Dumpto dumpsters unless specifically approved:

• Hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, oil, and solvents
• Tires, batteries, and electronics
• Asbestos, medical waste, and flammable materials
• Liquids, explosives, and radioactive materials

Dumpto is not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, underground structures, or property caused by the placement or removal of a dumpster when instructed by the customer. Customers are encouraged to specify preferred placement and surface protection needs in advance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dumpto’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the rental giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
